NSPRA National School Communication Awards Gold Medallion entries are due Friday, March 7, 2025. Golden Achievement and Publications and Digital Media Excellence Awards are due Friday, March 14.
NSPRA has honored the best work in school communication for more than 50 years. Earn national recognition for your district or organization’s school communications efforts by submitting your best work to any or all of the three award programs: Gold Medallion Awards, Golden Achievement Awards and Publications and Digital Media Excellence Awards. 2025 National School Communicator of the Year Nominations are due Friday, April 4, 2025.
Each year, NSPRA's National School Communicator of the Year Award, presented in partnership with Finalsite, honors one outstanding individual from the school public relations profession. Please review details and eligibility guidelines before submitting a nomination. Chapter leaders may complete an nomination form for their chapter nominee. Chapter leaders may also opt to have their nominee complete the application. No other person(s) should complete a nomination. If you have questions, please email awards@nspra.org. |

2024-25 Pennsylvania School Public Relations Association (PenSPRA) Award Program
Entries for the Excellence in Education Communications Contest were due January 17, 2025. Nominations for the PenSPRA Communicator of the Year Award and PenSPRA Key Communicator Award are due February 25, 2025. Each year, PenSPRA provides an opportunity for school district communication professionals to be recognized in the annual Excellence in Education Communications Contest. In addition, PenSPRA's Communicator of the Year Award recognizes the exemplary leadership of school public relations professionals in Pennsylvania; PenSPRA's Key Communicator Award honors an education professional who has successfully contributed to the field of school communications. This annual celebration highlights excellence, creativity, and expert contributions in shaping meaningful school communication. |
2025 Pennsylvania School Public Relations Association (PenSPRA) Student Scholarships Program
Applications are due April 11, 2025. Each year, PenSPRA presents a student from each of its two regions with a $1,000 scholarship. Scholarships are awarded to qualified Pennsylvania public high school seniors who plan to pursue a career in a communications field (i.e., journalism, English, public relations, advertising, graphic arts, etc.). INSPRA's Distinguished Service Celebration Submissions are due March 12, 2025 INSPRA recognizes those individuals and groups throughout the state who partner with their school communications office to serve as ambassadors for public education and champions of students and staff. INSPRA’s annual Distinguished Service Celebration honors the impactful work of these school community members. |
SUNSPRA Sunshine Medallion Awards of Excellence Submissions are due March 21, 2025 We are thrilled to share that the SUNSPRA Sunshine Medallion Awards of Excellence return in 2025, including two new categories: the Supernova and Radiant Awards celebrating exemplary work in school public relations, communication, marketing, and engagement.
