ENGAGEMENT–Internal/external stakeholder engagement
Session Description
In a post-pandemic landscape of "quiet quitting" and declining staff connection, how can districts rebuild authentic belonging?. This session shares the story of the South Carolina School Boards Association’s community garden—a project that spent less than $1,500 to achieve a 37% increase in staff workplace belonging. Attendees will learn how to move beyond one-day team-building events to create a sustainable culture of invitation which improves morale and fosters cross-departmental collaboration.
